I am so sorry for the loss of Gemma...I havent found out how she died. You are in my thoughts and prayers always. I too lost my 16 year old daughter during open heart surgery to fix a heart defect. she didnt live...never saw her alive again. You are in my thoughts and prayers

Hi Gemma and Family,
Gemma, I had a dream about you today! Long time.... It was a perfectly sunny , not too hot, not too cold summer day and you were celebrating in a modest-sized house somewhere.., your usual self. I commented on how the weather couldn't be more perfect, and.. that was about it. It was your birthday, I believe.
Know you are well and that gives me comfort.
I was a friend of Sean's, and the gang -- Bruce, Dale, Wes. We used to hang very often in highschool (us the boys from CTK, you the waay more interesting girls from the Composite Highschool, haha.) Many memories of times spent together! You burned bright and were gone waay too soon. Who knows what teaching awards you would have won and other things you would have went on to do.
Remember you and Sean at UofA one time... I think I lived in residence at St. Joes at the time. Sean came by in the Jeep (yellow jeep?)... We cruised around, I think went to Earls on Campus.. haha. We weren't super close but yeah, a bit of time together in the intensity of interpersonal relationships that is unique to highschool. You and Sean were very much in love once. Sleepovers at Amys' house....Camping in her backyard. Car rides in Sean's Neon and elsewhere,, lol. Good times and lasting memories. Condolences to your family again but I know you're well. Your funeral was a bit of a blur. Hope everyone from my days in Highschool is well and living their best lives! It seems like a lifetime ago.
